Refund and Returns Policy

At Travel Blunt, we provide travel information, digital products, and paid services designed to help travellers plan better. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

1. Digital Products

Most products on Travel Blunt are digital downloads (eBooks, guides, templates, itineraries). Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the product download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered.

2. Paid Services

  • If you purchase a paid service (consultation, custom itinerary), you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase only if work has not yet started.
  • Once work begins on a service, refunds are not available unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

3. Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment after verification.

4. Corrupted or Inaccessible Files

If a downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will attempt to resend or provide a replacement file; if we cannot resolve the issue we will issue a refund.
